Rejuvewell Retreat – Terms & Conditions

At Rejuvewell Retreat, our goal is to provide every guest with a peaceful, high-quality wellness experience. To help us maintain this standard for all clients, the following terms and conditions apply to all bookings and services.

1. Bookings & Deposits

  • Select treatments may require a deposit to confirm your booking. If applicable, this will be clearly communicated at the time of reservation.

  • Deposits are held against your scheduled service and will be deducted from the total payment on the day.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, which is retained as a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours will be considered a cancellation unless exceptional circumstances apply.

3. Arrival & Punctuality

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete any necessary consultation.

  • Arriving late may result in a shorter treatment to avoid disrupting the next client. The full treatment fee will still apply.

4. Health & Safety

  • Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy prior to your treatment.

  • We reserve the right to decline or adjust treatments if we believe it may not be safe for you.

5. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

  • Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated and are non-refundable.

  • Vouchers must be presented at the time of your appointment.

  • Promotional offers are available for a limited time and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts unless otherwise stated.

6. Private Health Fund Claims (for Remedial Massage)

  • If you book a Remedial Massage, your treatment may be claimable with private health insurance.

  • Please check with your fund in advance and request a therapist qualified for health fund claims when booking.

  • Health fund rebates cannot be guaranteed for packages that combine non-remedial services unless the remedial component is clearly defined and itemised.

7. General Policy

  • Rejuvewell Retreat reserves the right to change service offerings, prices, and promotional availability at any time.

  • Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the session without refund.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to offering you a relaxing, professional spa experience every time you visit.
